Such individuals may also misuse the GMR name, logo, brand identity, or similar variations to mislead and deceive the public.

GMR Group clarifies that it is not associated with any such persons, agencies, or intermediaries. We take appropriate legal and public actions wherever required to protect candidates and safeguard our reputation.

Important Advisory: How GMR Actually Recruits

To ensure a safe hiring experience, please note:

  • GMR never asks for money, fees, deposits, or any form of payment from job seekers.
  • GMR does not appoint agents, brokers, or intermediaries for offering jobs.
  • All hiring is conducted only through official GMR channels and legitimate communication from authorized teams.
  • Selection is strictly merit-based and depends on skills, qualifications, and assessments.
  • Communications from free email IDs (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) claiming to represent GMR are fraudulent.

GMR is not responsible for losses, payments, or damage arising from interactions with unauthorized persons or fraudulent entities.

How to Identify Job Fraud

Be cautious of:

  • Requests for payment (“processing fee”, “refundable security”, “interview fee”)
  • Job offers without an interview
  • Messages promising guaranteed jobs or fast-track hiring
  • Communication from personal / generic email IDs
  • Individuals claiming special influence or access to internal hiring
  • Suspicious social media messages or WhatsApp job offers

If any of these occur, it is not from GMR.
