Hyderabad International Airport Limited operates 10 MW of captive solar capacity developed in two phases of 5 MW each. Spread over about 45 acres and equipped with more than 30,000 solar panels, the 10 MW solar portfolio supplies clean energy for airport operations, reducing dependence on the Telangana State Electricity Board and supporting Hyderabad Airport’s long-standing energy efficiency and sustainability agenda.
