Ramakrishnan Ramamurthy

Mr. Ramakrishnan Ramamurthy is a seasoned corporate leader with over 54 years of industry experience across sectors such as automobiles, industrial goods, renewable energy, infrastructure, and airports.

He holds a degree in Commerce, a Post-Graduation in Business Management from Bangalore University, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Certified Family Business Adviser from the Family Firm Institute (FFI), Boston.

He has worked with leading business groups including Murugappa, Amalgamations, Sanmar, Mythra, and the GMR Group, where he served as CEO – Business Integration in the Chairman’s Office and later as Managing Director of GMR Industries Limited. He has also served as Non-Executive Chairman of Heidelberg Cement India and Independent Director of Zuari Cements, and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
