Shri RCM Reddy is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of diverse experience.
Mr. RCM Reddy has spearheaded transformational, large-scale initiatives in the fields of Education, Employability, and Employment (3Es Agenda).
Guided by a commitment to harnessing technology for social good and fostering innovative ecosystem partnerships, he has been at the forefront of developing commercially sustainable models that create impactful, scalable solutions. Currently, Mr. RCM Reddy is leading the strategic implementation and scaling of Geneo, an innovative learning platform at Schoolnet that bridges in-school and after-school learning for enhanced educational outcomes. By leveraging artificial intelligence and Schoolnet's intellectual properties, Geneo aims to reach 100 million students and teachers within the next decade, with a footprint already spanning 60% of India’s districts.
He also brings rich experience as a former IAS officer, having served both the Government of Tripura and the Government of India, as well as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Beyond government service, Mr Reddy has been actively involved with nonprofit organisations like Swades Foundation and SEEDS Impact, while also advising industry and government bodies on key initiatives.
